Founder and CEO
François Garcin
François serves as the Managing Partner of Argenthal Funds Group and is responsible for investor coverage in Asia as well as leading origination. Prior to Argenthal Funds Group and founding Argenthal Group, Francois has worked for over 10 years in the alternative investments industry. Alongside his activities within Argenthal, François has been the Chief Investment Officer of a private bank in Monaco as well as the managing partner of a series of investment partnerships in private equity, leading deals in financial services and technology middle market companies. He served as President EMEA Affairs & Head of Direct Investments of Deltec Bank & Trust. He graduated from ESCP-Europe and read finance at the University St. Gallen in Switzerland and LUISS Guido Carli in Italy. François is a post-graduate of the executive master at Ecole Polytechnique, France. Francois is fluent in French, English, German and Italian, and has a basic grasp of Turkish and Russian

Charly
Tournayre
Charly serves as Legal and Fiscal Director at Argenthal Funds Group and ensures regulatory compliance both in France and internationally. Besides this role, Charly acts as Tax and Legal Director of the Argenthal Group, ensuring overall consistency across the group. Prior to that, he worked as Director of Wealth Structuring at a reputable French wealth management company. He also held positions as a tax lawyer in various renowned law firms. Having served as an assistant professor for several years, Charly is a regular speaker at universities and conferences. He holds a PhD in Law and a Master degree in tax law from the Aix-Marseille University. He is fluent in French and English.

Meehan
Joseph serves as the Legal Counsel at Argenthal Funds Group, advising clients on fund structuring and supervising all legal matters. In addition, Argenthal Funds Group leverages on his vast LP network in the North America. Joseph is an international lawyer and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in private investing, M&A, structured finance, asset management and securities law. He practiced US & UK securities law (with a focus on complex asset securitization) in London at both Clifford Chance and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Joseph directly reported to Paul Weiffenbach, The American Lawyer “1999 Deal Maker of the Year” for Asset-Backed Securities Transactions. Joseph co-founded the Qtrade Financial Group, a national integrated wealth management platform, and owner of Qtrade Investor, perennially Canada’s #1 online brokerage. Qtrade was sold in 2013 to one of Canada’s largest banks. Today, Joseph is also CEO of CENTR Brands Corp., maker of North America’s leading CBD beverage.

Alina is responsible for Argenthal Funds Group’s European investor coverage and also plays an important role in Argenthal Funds Group’s client relationships and origination effort.
Alina has previously worked at a boutique placement agent in Monaco, supporting clients ranging from pan-regional mid-cap managers to specialist first-time funds. Before that, she was part of the front office team at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in London, working with the UHNWIs and FOs from the CEE region.
She holds an M.A. in Strategy and International Management from St. Gallen University (Switzerland) and is a CAIA Charterholder. She is fluent in Russian and English and has a good command of French and Polish.

Remi
Terlier
Remi joined Argenthal Funds Group as Director of Financing, acting also as an advisor to the larger Argenthal Group and its clients. Prior to that Remi worked in private banking for over 20 years and spent 10 years in Monaco as the Head of LCL Private Bank, advising UHNWIs on a range of financial transactions. During his career he also held a position of Financial Advisor at the French embassy in New Delhi in India working with international organisations.
Remi holds an MBA in finance from the Sorbonne University and is fluent in French and English as well as has a good command of Spanish.

Lesimple
Christian joined the Argenthal Group after 17 years both in operational and corporate functions. His path took him across Europe (France, Sweden and Germany), primarily working in the automotive industry.
A dual citizen of France and Germany, he holds a specialised masters from ESCP Europe in Paris.
He is now heading the activities in the DACH and Northern Europe regions.
